General Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the Miramé website and the sales of personalized products offered in our shop.
2. Customized products
Our designs are created using photos provided by our clients. You guarantee that you hold the rights to the images you provide.
3. Price and payment
Prices are displayed in euros including VAT.
Payments are 100% secure via our providers (Shopify Payments / Stripe).
We do not store any banking information.
4. Ordering & Customization
All orders imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The files you send are used only to create your design, then automatically deleted after 30 days.
5. Delivery
Delivery via Chronopost Shop2Shop (free in mainland France), 2 to 4 working days.
Outside of Shop2Shop: delivery time varies depending on destination.
6. Returns & Cancellations
As our products are personalized, no returns are possible in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
In case of an error on our part or a damaged product, we will send a new item free of charge.

7. Responsibility
Miramé cannot be held responsible:
- of poor quality due to a low-resolution photo,
- due to a slight variation in rendering between screen and print,
- due to a delay caused by the carrier.
8. Use of the site
Any misuse, attempted fraud, or sending of illegal content will result in the immediate suspension of the account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is the exclusive property of Miramé.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
